I am so happy for you, low carb for the whole family is so much easier, so much happier, you know you are eating healthier. I spend so much more money on groceries, but the foods I buy are the healthier fresh ones,eggs especially cost me over $3-4 a carton, because my eggs that I feed the family has to be cage free, no hormones.I eat eggs every day,it is my source of protein in the morning. I also eat tuna salad for breakfast. Your health will improve, sugar-free is amazing. 6lbs gone!!

That is great your hubby is doing it with you! mine is also. But I still have my kids to feed. So that is willpower! Men do lose faster..my hubby will be skinny in no time. I will be still struggling lol. way to go!
