hiya.. are u still doing the diet? i stopped.. i wasnt getting anywhere.. ive been reading about dr.Ray Peat and i understand loads of mistakes of the diet Zoe advices.. our body DOES need glucose from foods.. fruits, squashes and white sugar.. otherwise gluconeogenesis starts and its a Catabolic state and increases cortisol levels and adrenals.. plus u beed glucose to covert t4 to t3 in the liver/thyroid..

Hi! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend lost tons of weight with it.

I ordered this book today and can't WAIT to get it! I listened to an interview on Jimmy Moore's blog with Zoe this morning. She sounds like she has really done her research and is so passionate about sharing what she knows. She also sounds like a very sweet lady. I'm excited to read the book and try the plan! Thanks for making this video! It helped encourage me to give the Harcombe diet a try and after finishing Phase 1 yesterday I'm 6 pounds lighter and I've lost 3 inches around my waist! :D
