I generally advise a low carb post workout approach so it keeps HGH high. Though that;s not the main reason why I suggest it.

Question: I have read that one of the factors that inhibits the release of human growth hormone is increased blood glucose levels. Surely then, as the pulse of growth hormone released by exercise generally hits the circulation toward the end of the workout and immediately after, you would need to keep blood glucose levels down or the release of HGH would be affected?

Awesome Video Jimmy! Your argument makes perfect sense! I did high carb post work out because thats what everyone says but then again Im not super lean so why do that. Low carbing post workout forces my body to burn more fat thanks!

our primary source of food was fruit as we evolved...we are a natural frugivore species just like monkeys, the animal we are often compared to....if someone is in good health with low body fat they could eat 20 bananas and have no spike in insulin...i don't get why people concern themselves with insulin so much....as long as you are not eating something that is refined (bread) or man made then no insulin spike will occur

I just bought a pack of whey protein, and a bottle of creatine, is that ok?, i wanna train a lot in the bike and swimming, (hours) but i dont wanna shrink and be skinny because of all the cardio, is ok to still doing gym and whey protein for that?

, you see, ive been working out for more than three months now, and working hard, i lift good weights, and im thin (1.79m, and 77 Kg) everyday i do boxing bag, machines, weights, and pool at around 1000meters daily, and biking between days but weekends up to 45km, i wanna join a triathlon in a few months, i think my muscles dont grow as much because of the cardio, and maybe im losing weight, i wanna be ripped and dont wanna look so skinny because of the bike, ...
