Hello there! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (google it), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you thought about Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard some unbelivable things about it and my buddy lost lots of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

hey hey! Have you tried - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my auntie got really defined 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.

Ive been watching for 1 yr. :) ar 25 I am sick of being sick. I need to change. Evrything makes me feel bloated, disgusting or tired; idk what to eat, don't feel like eating unless I'm starving, and then make poor choices bc I'm so hungry. Mental cravings for Fast food, which I don't eat, and feel sick when I did yet my mind wants it. How to get over the mind trip? The cravings for processed food: sugar, salt? I love chips. Afraid I cant function w/out; when stressed idk how to cope.
