One thing that is helped me is taking take a kelp tablet every day. If anyone gains fast right away, you may have a thyroid issue. Kelp is a natural source of iodine and helps regulate your thyroid. It was hard when I didn't take this before. I pretty much couldn't eat a single fattening thing without gaining a few pounds. It can be really frustrating when you are trying to lose weight and you don't get anywhere because of your thyroid.

Oh hey! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got ripped Six pack abs and lost lots of belly fat with it.
