I'm vegan and 12 years old. (Vegan for animals, not my weight. Js lol) I've been obsessing over my weight. I weight 100 pounds and I'm 5 foot something. I don't like being this heavy. How will this work if I don't eat any animal products what so ever? (P.s. I live in an area where vegan meat types of everything isn't an option really.)

Hi Zoe I've done phase 1 3 times but have lost a pound each time doing so. I'd like to know why, but I I think it's because I've been eating the same foods everyday.
