@ChrisseLotho There is no need to use any pills- HCG works fine by itself!

@EZCFilmGirl The protocol does say to stop hcg while on TOM (but does not explain why)...I'd say the same should go for ALL no matter how you are dosing it. If you become hungry, you can always start taking the dose again.

I know that typically those who do sublingual (which is what I've been doing so far) do not stop taking drops during their period. I'm wondering if you ever did stop during TOM or if you have any information about that? It's something I've been considering and I don't understand why those who inject stop and those on sublingual don't.

Hi mamaclok thanks so much for my last response! I have one quick question about the protocol the recipes in the pounds and inches did you use any of them while losing doing your protocol? I'm just not sure how to cook my food and still lose. Any help would so greatly be appreciated. thanks again so much.
