@shwetasarawgi82 cardio and eating right. reducing your bodyfat will have an effect everywhere there is fatty tissue. most women complain about losing bust before ass :)

Planks or any variation of a plank work out are my favorite... I use them at the end of my work out to really amp it up... Love it!!!

anything that you do to reduce your total amount of body fat will reduce you bust size. good news for you, most women say that that's the first thing they lose when they are trying to lose weight. mix cardio with muscle building exercises to reduce your overall body fat
