Hey - thank you for posting - this is good although I thought you were going off on the wrong tack for the first few seconds there! A wealthy business man taught me a mind exercise that helps motivate you when you struggle. It's on my YouTube. I'd love your honest opinion of it. Thank you for posting this video. You are so right about paying attention to how food makes you feel. I believe it is best to keep a food journal in the beginning so we may go back and see what we ate that made us feel so good and energized. Great tip.
