Holla! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some great things about it and my father got ripped 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.

But don't worry were so close to being sexy and slimmer ;D I want to share the diet plans on the site WeightLossAction. Info (remove the space) I am currently using it, and it's very effective, in fact I'm only in my second week but I'm already seeing amazing results!

Tell me what you think of the new fiber pills that have been on Dr. Oz and other places. They swell up in your stomach so you don't eat as much, and its just fiber which is good for you.... so...is there a problem with this.... you can see it here at classictouch.info/cbs2/
