@darkerca I hear you! I am the same. I workout like a dog to to keep my weight from being obese. I run over an hour everyday. I eat a low carb diet that and often walk away from the table hungry still I am always 10-20 lbs over wt. Yes I can put on muscle easy but it just makes me bulkier! I get sick of ecto's bitching about how they cant put on weight (at least buying jeans isnt a traumatizing experience for them)

@MrMorriz1 Ive lost 40kg in the first 8 months of my training. But the last couple of kilos are a pain in the arse. My diet is good. I cant cheat as much as my friends, since im an endomorph. Im only 17 and i just signed up for a Junio Bodybuilding competition this october. I do train hard. But i loose motivation quick, since I hate my genetics :/

@darkerca how long have you been in the gym 6 days a week ? if you have not lost fat after 2 weeks your diet sucks .endomorphs need to work harder it is true but its not like i got to the gym run 5 mins and loose weight and you need to do a marathon every week and just eat 1 apple a day write out what you eat over a week and you will see it is your food ,unless you do what i see alot of people do in the gym , they got 6 times a week but walk slowly for 5 mins and stop when its hard

Hey! Thanks for this useful video. By the way, I hear many people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (google it), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you considered Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard several unbelivable things about it and my sister lost tons of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

I have a average body, but I sure am an endomorph. Skipping meals hardly helps and eating even a little bit of unhealthy food instantly shows.

Have you thought about Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many great things about it and my cousin lost a ton of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
