This is ridiculous. OF COURSE it's not starvation. OF COURSE informed people take all the vitamins they need every day while on the cookie diet. WHEN YOU ARE OBESE, QUICK FIXES ARE NECESSARY! These two doctors say people need to eat more so that they have to go into their offices more often and make their paychecks. The cookie doctor is after money also as well but at least he's not trying to keep people unhealthy.

I think the two Dr.'s on the side sound like they can't stand for this man to have the success that he and his company have. A half million patients tells the story, so the two nay sayers on that stage should be pelted with a truck load of the cookies and shut their Fat low caloriec mouthes.

I don't think it's starvation. Dr. Siegal has a point about an individual's motivation. 800cal a day is not starvation.

I went on it and lost 15 lbs a month! I have maintained it for 2 years!

Im trying this! And i think that if u eat the cookies before a small meal or eat a larger calorie dinner you'll be fine. i mean i am 6'1" woman there is no way i will only eat 800 cals a day especially when my daily workout i burn over 1000 cals ya know!
