i really loved your video! I have been thinking about trying out a diet and my friend told me about the fat smash and seeing your video makes me want to do it even more =) Im actually one of those girls is in the overweight category and would like to loose about 20 pounds but it just seems like such a way to go and that I'll never get there lol hope this one works for me =)

About "meat less meals": when my mom makes a "meat meal" she uses soya. This is the substitution for meat that she uses. U can find it in mexican supermarkets net to the dry chiles. It tastes like meat, very good.
