@ScottColby I'll second that! Because I'm a security guard. I walk 5 days a week, get paid to, Up stairs, around an entire complex everyday for atleast 3 hours!
My legs look great!
But I still have a gutt, a belly. A problematic belly.
I don't eat alot.
So yeah, cardio ain't the ticket, it can't be!
Am I right in this? You have to feel your belly muscles working, to actually be achieving something, right?

The video is good and the exercise is applicable for beginners like me. I do know a link of a site that gives workout plans and exercises that you could use to gain lean muscles and loose fats faster. The best thing its all free. It also helps you achieve a lean muscular look that most of us guys wanted. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but you can always check it on my profile.
