I lost 45lbs and I have kept it all off. I would like to lose another 45lbs but I am "enjoying life" and not putting any pressure on myself. When I'm ready,like the first, time I will do it again. I did not just go on a diet, I changed my lifestyle back to where it was when I was thin. I dont binge anymore.

I agree with graphite. You may be losing weight easily enough (we can all do that), but it piles back on, with a vengeance the minute you take a breath. Just enjoy life!
