@Suzzinee A cookie diet is NOT stupid. It's stupid to think "one size fits all" when it comes to dieting. I lost over 70 lbs 3 years ago using R&D Diet Cookies and it's been easy to keep them off. I still use them occasionally to keep my weight off. I've never been healthier! BUT... I wouldn't use Hollywood cookie diet because their nutritional profile is similar to Chips Ahoy Chocolate Chunk! They taste good because they are so high in sugar and total carb content.

@EmEmLuvs Can I ask you which diet you decided on? I tried Hollywood but had such a sugar rush about 30 minutes later and the hunger bothered me. Come to find out they had 36 grams of sugar! I finally found R&D Diet Cookies and had a lot of success with them. They cost less than Siegals.

@EmEmLuvs 1) depends, I personally like them, but I have heard ppl say they dont taste that great 2) if you stick to it you can lose that much in 2 weeks (assuming your not a total couch potato) 3) its 20 bucks for a box its good for 3 days. so around 40 bucks a week, depending on your eating habit its cheaper then eating out every day

Ok, I have a few questions. lol. 1.) Do the cookies taste like crap? 2.) How long does it take to lose say...5-6 lbs? and 3.) Is it expensive and where do you buy the cookies?

this diet is amazeing i have been on it for 1 day and i am shocked ....i do not feel hungry and i only had 3 cookies and a bowl of soup..now i am 35 years old and 350 lbs and i never eat just 1 bowl of soup..i wake up hungry and for the 1st time i no this diet is going to work..ty for makeing this video
