What i bought for my liquid diet- Pre-Op
Hey guys, it got cut off sorry, i bougth the $1 batteries at target lol. Here is just a whole bunch of stuff i bought for my 2 week pre op liquid diet. On Wednesday i have to start taking 65 mg of Iron, and after surgery i have start taking 1500 mg of calcium and a multi vitamin. Bought the strainer so i could strain the soups after I blend them. Getting sooo excited!

those protein shake mix that you showed in the vid, they can also be used for meal replacements right? im gonna start my liquid diet soon because i got like super fat! im like 140 or close to it :[ i kinda need help on what to eat and not to eat on this diet

Wow, looks like you've prepared well. Thats so important. I buy the Lean Muscle Meal Shake from GNC in chocolate and Vanilla, and they taste really good. I mix them with 1 percent milk, and with the band they are really filling after drinking just 8 ounces. Great Video...keep in touch!
