@tranquil87 yeah, we are not worried.. thanks for your feedback about some of the negative things you and others have experienced. we are open to any and all options for wellbeing, and just encourage people to do what they feel good on. :) so if you feel better not on 80-10-10 that is what is most important. stick with that, :)

@RawHealingPatch i'm glad to hear that. yes, i believe it is destructive to one's health long-term. so has it been with me and everyone i know... you start out feeling great and cleansing, but after a while there's no way to rebuild from the cleanse and you start to have some important digestive issues and fungal issues. hope your 30 days go well, that's definitely not long enough to experience the serious consequences i've expressed here so don't worry!

@tranquil87 yeah, we are just experimenting. interesting feedback. you seem fearful that we would get into cult activity. and you seem angry about the 80-10-10 folks, as you feel a need to warn us not to become one. maybe you need to release some feelings there. we have no plans of being any specific thing. we just listen to our bodies and steer clear of anything with a cult feel (which so far all the 80-10-10 folks couldnt care less if we are a part of them or not). so... no worries.

@MyOwnStickFigure haha yer so funny.... yes, we will try to remember to do that. we keep forgetting. i am putting a run-down for this day in the info seciton for myself so you can go back and look. we get medjool, honey dates, and deglet. have not seen them on the vine yet. awesome.

@MissSatyaDanu it means 80% carbs from sweet fruit, and 10% fat and 10% protein form greens and nuts and seeds, etc... no salt, etc... the book is "the 80-10-10 diet" by douglas graham. its the simplest and most natural raw food diet out there. no supplements, superfoods, etc... total opposite of all the other gurus.

@MyOwnStickFigure Hey, so for sure try the Barhi - I assume you are getting Medjool? do they sell dates still on the vine there? they are the best, so fun to watch ripen too. Ps. news just in.. eager fan frantically looking in last few info boxes for a day-of-eating/food choices and amounts - list in info box but no where to be found! Would love to see these little inventories if you are able to do them nosy fans love rundowns of a day on 811. fan goes off to do backflips and hoola hooping::
