Proud to say i've cleanly lost 35lbs in the past 2 months, Scooby. I've cut down on the protein shakes and upped my amino acid intake and chicken/turkey/fish protein and my pre-workouts/multivitamins. My body has gone through some drastic changes. Given my genetics are good and I can show muscle fairly quickly. I went from 240+ to 210. I am 5"10 and 22yrs old so I figure i should get down to around 190-195 to show alot more lean muscle. Will show some pics in time. Love your videos my friend
