@azlbek umm, actually, its useful for me who can't gain weight for shit, I need this kind of shake so that instead of going to the gym and gaining just strength and definition, I could gain muscle mass and size with it too... You have any idea how hard it is for me to eat my required 2300 calories a day? After a certain point my body starts rejecting the food I intake, so I need this kind of shake to help me get there.
