This guy is so right. I've been big my whole life, came from a long line of big women who all had thyroid problems. After suffering for 30 years, I've finally been diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease and found a doctor who gives me thyroid extract. After I had my gall bladder removed though, that's when it became impossible to lose weight. A dietician told me I don't eat enough! Its a vicious circle, hopefully the thyroid meds will help.

I gained a lot of weight too - but with or without medication, my weight doesn't change at all. The only thing I notice is: A better digestion on medication. Well, I'll try to get a combination of T4 and T3 now...

I have fibromyalgia,and do all the exercise i can and feel like doing.My mom passed away in 2004.at that time i weight was 115pds. before she passed,i had alot of energy.but i cried alot and sat around alot,but did not eat much.about 5 or 6 month's after her passing i stared putting on weight.my wieght stayed at 115 to 118 untill i was 56.but my weight gain started like i mention before 5 or 6 month after her passing.could it be my thyroid's causing the weight gain?

Good video. But rebounders are much more then $20. Good ones start at $200 but worth it.

I'm in the same boat as SeppLainer. Cold feet, utterley run down, weight gain, depressed. Doctor says my blood is normal. No it isn't!!!!

@weavelicious go to charity care in your local hospital... they can help you... but you have to prove that you have avery low income.
