Good video, but just wanted to point out one thing. The concept of GI is meant to apply more to PACKAGED and PROCESSED foods. If a fruit or vegetable has a higher GI like bananas, watermelon, and carrots, GI can be misleading. Bananas for instance are one of the healthiest things you can eat.
