Hi! Thank you for this useful video. By the way, I hear many people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (google it), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you considered Kinovelax Diet Plan? I have heard some great things about it and my cooworker lost a lot of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

I'd like to discover if anybody seen of DietOramy eating plan (google to find out more)? I've discovered about this from a friend who really already lost lots of excess fat, however he is sort of a fanatic, so is there anyone typical around :D in order to validate the performance of this eating plan?

@BodyPerformanceTV in order to stay healthy all you need is the essential nutrients...ie...vitamin c to avoid scurvy..some cholesterol to produce hormones and EFS(which the body cant produce). :)
and a good work out now and again :)

Shouldn't a male diet be a bit higher in fats? Fat is needed for converting estrogen in testosterone, right?

@weightloss01 Any additional calories of any kind will put on weight BUT NOT muscles. Muscle comes from lifting.
