@bristay1 if u do stop u will gain weight back. I continued this diet and im Still doing it. Im 215 pounds now if u do stop for some reason just dnt overload ur calorie intake cuz u will gain weight i instantly, make healthy choices:)

@818mrAlkash did he gain the weight back? i wanna try it but if i go bac to normal eating id be dbl'ng my calorie intake from the diet and i dont wanna gain back the weight i lost.

My dad who couldnt loose weight lost like 30 pounds on this diet im starting this diet im 280 pounds right now my goal Is 220 hope it goes well

i was working out 4 - 6 times a week then i started eating half a bolied cabbage a day, along with ordinary meals, for a week and a half and you could see i was starting to get ripped. the only bad thing is passing wind alot. I will go back on to eating cabbage and working ot after i finish uni.
