@TheUtuber00 actually diet is more important. you can work out all u want but if your diet isnt decent/good then ur not going to build muscle or lose weight

Protein is bs. Really, meat and salty shit is all bs... Weight is a mental thing. Training/cardio/sex/playing is more important. Theres a guy named jericho sunfire who doesnt eat OR drink anything. Check out my favorited videos - lots of people are making a food-free jump. Its the society that makes it hard. "Dont get TOO thin" but then they shutup if you have muscle from working out. Pffft. Society's boring. Youre sexy though. Stay sexy, they all want you to die slow and obey religion.
