instead of coffee to not feel hungry you should drink water. Drink 2 or 3 cups and you will not be hungry 4 a really long time i know cuz my mom makes spicy food a lot and i drink a lot of water with it

@Ayla156156 Plus sized models are anywhere from a size 10 to a 16-18. The industry does not want very flabby woman the woman must still look good the average person. Think Tocarra from Americas Next TM when she first started. Her stomach was very flat too

you mentioned reading the labels on the foods you buy. a good tip is if you can't pronounce it/don't know what it is, don't eat it!! Especially Splenda. That shit'll kill you!
