Hi All, I'm on day 28 of the diet, 26 day on the VLCD as the first 2 days were my loading days, & I feel great. I've been faithful down to the health care products. No Challenge if you prepare meals in advance & don't temp yourself by being around foods that you shouldn't eat. I've cheated twice....Stopped by McDonalds with my Fiancé & ate a chicken sand on 10Jun. No gain, but no loss that day. Lost 19.6lbs so far with No side effects. His natural cures books have taught me so much and family, friends and Myself have seen many health challenges corrected. I have the weight loss book and Look forward to trying the protocol. Can anyone tell me if the hcg liquid works as well as the shots?
