I am very excited to hear this...I'll never forget your advice...one thing tho, i don't like excercie..i never excercice in my life but was always thin...now after my two babies and staying home eating and doing nothing...the weight keep creeping up...I weight 70.2kg for 1.73 m...my belly bulge in front and i am going size 14.
I have to change my lifestyle altogether and get active and change the food I eat...
Somehow, being at home with the kids have made me lazy.

Do you have any tips for people trying to lose weight with insomnia? It's rather difficult not to eat at night when that's the only time you're up, especially when going to bed around 3PM.
