Hi u have open my eyes. Now I know that if u did it i could do it. Im a person who waits 184pounds. Evertime i start an exercise i quit. I guess I need motivition. I want my goal to be at least to lose 65pounds or something like that. Do u have any advice.

Thank you very much cindy, i love ur videos..every video of yours will make me boost +1 Confident and inspired ..really u dnt know that how much u have inspired me.first i should get a gym membership and then follow on ur way exactly...u helped me in taking my decision to loose weight, also u made me beleive that i will b successfull in my weight loss journey..one request is u should not stop making videos bcoz there are thousands of people left over to watch your videos like me...good luck
