I'd love to see a picture of ro332 so we could compare his body with Steve's and see who knows what they're talking about. I believed in and practiced the bodybuilder protein regimen for years but have recently found that all the real research (that not payed for and/or twisted and misrepresented by supplement companies) backs up exactly what Steve says.

one of the problems i have is im in the air force and the quantity of meat as well as the quality isnt very good a lot of the time which usually results in left overs. I find that the protein shake gives me peace of mind really because i really dont wanna do all that work and not see results.

Well, I think you're wrong on this topic. Not sure if you meant protein post workout or just protein in general but post workout you must take protein within 30 minutes of finishing your workout in the form of a shake. In fluid form it goes straight to your muscles. Eating a steak and rice dish after your workout the protein will take longer to digest and go directly to your muscle making you miss your 'window'. But I like your videos they are informative and interesting. Respect.

@justloochin No. A little extra protein is not going to hurt you. But remember, ANY unused calories can be stored as fat. But at 145 lbs. it sounds like extra food is not going to be a problem.
