Hey! Thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I hear many people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (just google it), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you ever tried Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard some great things about it and my friend lost tons of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

Hello i'm a girl 20 years old,and i have the other kind of fat (the one soft out you described) that's maybe the only part of body with the fat almost a bit in arms and the rest of it belly!!!What can i do??Please help some have called me pregnant years ago

@mahnigha29 I believe in your comment 100% man and even though it istn exactly true for everyone im personally gonna lose some weight to try to get a girl that recently denied me. Hopefully after some change theres some type of possibility that it could work out between me and her, but if I get denied agian im gonna buy me some pretty expenisve liquior anyways im predicting your comment is gonna get a pretty highh thumbs up
