@marcroops Im not saying rely heavily on milk, but if you cant make space for milk, your diet isnt good. You can lose weight while drinking milk. And if she was referring to processed dairy, that's not the best way to inform your viewers. I do love your videos, YOUR videos. This video just wasnt good
And i know you cant out train a bad diet. But milk isnt bad to a diet.. Just saying

@markgoffeney I am living proof of that (check the vid)- when I cleaned up my diet, the fat just poured off and I live by it. With a great fitness program like my interval training programs - spartacus workout - (again if you want to lose weight) that will accelerate the fat loss and buiild full body strength and muscles

@markgoffeney First off Mark, thanks for the comment...I am going to say my peace but then get Laura D to clear it up. Milk is good, strong bones, calcium etc, but if you want to lose weight I wouldn't rely to heavy on the milk. I also think LD is referring to the cheese slices, etc and look for LOW FAT dairy products
AS FOR YOUR WORKOUT COMMENT
You cannot out train a bad diet - No matter how much you run, workout, etc - if you eating isn't clean, then you are wasting your time - 80% diet

just wondering... If you are staying away from dairy to keep lean, thats bullshit imho. Milk is full of macronutrients vitamins and protein. If your workout plan isnt good enough that you have to leave milk out. Its not good is it? I think by dairy youre thinking of American dairy like, cheese singles and whipped cream in a can. And a comment below me stated brilliantly, youre keeping away from dairy, yet yoghurt and cheese is ok? Could you please clear this up for me =]
