Just go out jogging, lift weights and eat healthy is the only way! There is no long term magic pill for weight loss! People are soooooo lazy! They want to pop pills to loose weight and not work out!

Vince, do you have any details/Facts/solutions for stretch marks? I have A TON of them because I started working out intensely when I was like 16-17...I am now 23 and I still have them. HEAVY stretch marks. Arms/Shoulders/Chest Area, front and back, hips even one on my knee! yuck. ANY solutions at all? I still train hard but I hate stretch marks man. So far NO SOLUTIONS, Ive spent $100's on creams and s***. And apparently no surgery is possible on these areas (chest/arm etc). What's the deal ?
