Anyone struggling with their weight needs to get the new book by Sean Croxton. I'm a personal trainer and even I learned things from it. Step 1: Go to FatLossDarkSide. com Step 2: Read the guide and actually FOLLOW IT! If you do that, there's no way you wouldn't get results. And NO, I don't benefit whatsoever if you decide to use it. Just trying to help out (which is why I came a trainer in the first place)

Congrats on loosing weight, amazing job. Why did you need a surgery though? (I thinned down a lot too, used firming creams through my diet on my belly. It is a bit loose but not too much and my hubby thinks my body is perfect! :-) , I just think any kind of surgery is risky, and on the pre-op pictures you looked great). Just want people to know, that if you want to thin down, don't put it off thinking you need a surgery so why bother ;) You can do it, and firming creams work miracles.

0:36 Are you wearing bottoms? BTW, I know you probably don't have it anymore, but I love the "Original Gamster" shirt at the beginning. I've gone from 310 on Thanksgiving to 285 on Saturday morning.
