Hey thnx I am 12 and when I was about 9 I was "fat" and then I started working outat home with my brother and I wasn't looseing wait and I wasnt happy being teased so It's 3 years later and I saw this and or been doing this for about 1 month and I do these workouts for 5 mins each and I'll do them all 5 times each every time I get home from school and of a night I do them for 10 mins each 2 times everynight and I have a six pack and have lost neally 10 kg from Doing this and I can't thank u eno

3 times a week ab training is enouch. I know i had the urge in the beginning but doing it every day will not make good proces doing to exercise is just 1/4 of what you need to do to get abs. Propper nutrition lots of cardio to loose that belly fat. your cant see your abs unless your boy fat is under 10% the exercise self and the day rest between the exercises is the time it needs to recover and grow. A ab exercise with out body weight needs 1 day to recover. Btw srry for my poor English.

dude, this will grow your 6 pack abs, but if your fat, you simply cant see them, cuz there's a layer of fat lol.. so you have to do cardio to get rid of that fat, and you will see your 6-8pack ;)
this is a good vid but its just, what i said, to grow your 6 pack, not to make it vissible (if you'r good-villed :P)
