Wow! I'm blown away. You pretty much tapped on every little issue I've been dealing with in regards of my self image and esteem. Just finished crying my eyes out and releasing all the negative energy that's been trapped! Thanks

Thank you so much for this video!! I have been struggling with weight issues since I was in 4th grade because of abuse I experienced. I grew to believe that how I felt about myself was dependent on how I looked. I'm practicing tapping with you mornings and evenings and I can feel the energy shifting in my body. We shall see what results from doing this. I am hopeful. Thank you!

Really great video! That statement about releasing the fear of losing one's motivation if one is kind to oneself right now is spot on for me. If I love myself now then why do I need to be healthier or eat better, etc. My happy thought for the day is "I don't need to feel badly about myself in order to try feel better about myself." Thank you!

This is the first time I've tried this video and I like it. I have been tapping to Brad's other video's for about a month now, apprx. the same 3 a day with some switch ups and I can see that when I mess up really bad with my food, I don't feel the shame and extreme guilt like I used too. That makes a big difference becuase we're all human, not superhuman.
