It may be that my final weight is not what I thought it would be when I started this journey, but as long as I stay within healthy parameters and feel good, that's OK. The messages you send yourself are so important - continue telling yourself that you can do it, recognize the progress you have made so far, the benefits you have received from eating in a healthy way and how good you feel as a result. Let your internal dialogue help you continue on your path to optimal health instead of hindering your progress. And finally, relax a little, this is a lifelong journey you've got plenty for time to get it right and each day brings a new opportunity to learn, ti improve and to succeed.
