My friend lost 20lb with a method called flow solution diet. I don't have much info about this but you can search on google for "flow solution diet". A method to loss weight without weakness.

@washerdried76 That's right! I also prefer the natural weight loss programs just like in WeightLoss Action. info ,other than surgery. It worked for me too!

I love how someone on here keeps saying that we can't digest fiber....hun fiber is digested slowly which is why it's so beneficial to people. If we couldn't digest it at all we would be dead...come on now. I'm a nursing major and I know what i'm talking about. We need way more fiber in our diets than most people are getting...
