You have more than likely heard of HIIT because it's being used in a lot of workout programs these days for fat loss. This is because the smarter trainers know that you get results faster without the need for slow, boring cardio. HIIT involves any type of sprint exercise that lasts for anywhere between 0 and 90 seconds. Anything longer than two minutes can get into what is known as aerobic training. Usually, however, intervals are in the 15-30 or even 45 second range. This means you go hard for this period of time and follow that with a rest period that is very easy. Keep in mind, one of the biggest mistakes people make when doing their interval training is they don't drop the intensity down low enough during the recovery period. For example, if you are running at 10mph during the hard phase of your interval and then only drop it down to 8mph during the "easy" portion, then you are really just doing cardio, and not HIIT. So, start out with a 5 minute warm-up and then jump into the HIIT, doing a pace you can maintain for 30-45 seconds. After, bring it down to a very easy recovery pace. Now, it doesn't matter if you are running at 10 or 12 mph - always bring the intensity down to a 3.5 intensity level to allow your body to properly recover. Repeat this six times, followed by a 5 minute cool down and that's it. So there is an interval training workout that will give you better fat loss results faster than long, slow, boring cardio, while also making you fitter for every day activities. Hello! Thanks a lot for this useful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (just google it), but I'm not sure if it's good.
Have you considered Kinovelax Diet Plan? I have heard several incredible things about it and my friend lost a ton of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

yep, this is a variation of an HIIT workout. the only way to burn fat FAST is to do some kind of HIIT exercise that you enjoy and eating right. Its gotta be a lifestyle to maintain it. The problem for 95% of people is when they focus to much on calorie burning or a calorie deficit get fetter once they stop. just google "your fit assist" because it explains it more.

@Liquadia hmm i exercise for 3 hours and sometimes more i exercises 1 day and rest th other but i do bodybuilding exercises not fat burning ones i wanna mix both and add like 30 m max to lose weight in my lower body and back i eat alot of fruits and drink alot of fruit juice but my meals aint healthy and not organised i wanted to ask what do u advic me to do to lose fat in my lower body ? i eat like breakfast after 3 hours small meals after 6 hours lunch and my dinner after 6 hours or so

this is true it helps alot more.... i burn about 350-380 CAL doing this 30 sec fast, 30 sec slow for 15 mins...... and sprinting for 30 mins i burn 400-420 CAL

Can you tell me how long the recovery period is between intervals? If I sprint for 30 seconds... how long after before I sprint again?
