Day 1 was pretty successful, except that I think I mistakenly "cheated" on broccoli and cauliflower (if that's even possible?)... LOL. Anyway, I forgot to mention I was running to the restroom about twice an hour from all the liquid food and water.... Glad to be moving along to day 2!
