This video cannot be anymore truthful...YOU MUST EAT LESS THEN YOU BURN TO LOSE WEIGHT!!!!!!! So, counting calories is the best way to lose weight and know where your at. For example, I just started my cutting cycle a few weeks ago. In the past 17 days, I have lost 2.36lbs. Its that easy. Don't run a deficit of more then 500/day because your body will stop burning fat, and start burning muscle, thus slowing your metabolism.

Good advice for fat loss.
I always hated measuring how much I was eating so I made a list of foods that I could eat to get full and still lose weight fast without measuring and weighing.
Great Vid, Great advice no matter what, cut down your portions, cut your calories and exercise!

who uses measuring spoons anymore? I just microwave a tv dinner and read the calories on the back of the box

Extra proteins are still converted to fats and all the fat you want while in a hypocaloric intake will be burned. So it's still calories that matter.

I eat rubbish food but am correct weight for my height,low cholesterol.I think it's all bullshit,you think our caveman ancestors really bothered worrying what went into their bellies,calories/fats/carbs/protein etc etc If it's edible and non poisonous then eat it,just moderation is the key to everything,don't eat until your bloated,chew your food properly,wait 20 minutes before eating another portion for your system to tell you if you have already had enough. Common sense really

Unless you are doing absolutely no exercise at all, the calories gained from mis-measurement should be negligible. The after-burn following your workouts alone would take care of them.
Of course you should be careful with servings if you're watching your weight and especially if you're trying to lose, but this is unnecessarily obsessive.
