You shouldn't relax your shoulders when your hanging at the bottom position! your shoulders should always be tight very important!!

@nohkra I always look up, otherwise it puts a lot of tension on my neck. I'd probably go with the majority.

it's not required to get your chin up above the bar, go as high as you can even if it is below the bar it's fine

he said to look straight at the wall for the pull-up, but other videos tell you to look up at the bar, so what's correct?
