Round 2 C25k Incline Style + Liquid Diet


Hey Gang, I trust you all had a healthy weekend. I completed Week 1 of the C25k program. Starting Week 2 Monday. Still doing the liquid thing. It is tough! I crave the crisp crunch of a salad. I guess that is better than craving fast food or pizza. Here is a look at what i am using for liquids this week. Super, Super, Super close to my ultimate weight loss surgery goal weight of 145. I have a feeling that this is going to be MY week! Can. Not. Wait. I'll take all of the strength, encouragement and support you can share. I want to be THERE. Great video Wendy! We had heat index of over 100 today, so I was sweaty for sure! I made a video about it :) I love your ideas for the liquid diet, those soups looked good, makes me want soup! Take care, keep up the great work!

Yea sweat machine!! It is totally different muscles. I just saw this video tonight sorry I missed it. I ran it on Sunday during the day. I ran it at 6.0 MPH and set the incline to 4 this time. I think the lady next to me on the tread mill was geting sprayed with my sweat. Opps!! I'm going to run my Week 2 day 1 tomorrow. I'll be makin a video tomorrow night for week 2. Great liquid diet stuff!! 2 pounds to go. Woohoo!! You'll be there soon!! Great video! Good luck this week on C25k Incline style

AHHHHHHH 1.2 lbs away!!!! That is a crazy amount of sweat - must not be working hard enough. Also - there is this thing called SKINNY WATER. It TASTES like whatever the flavor is - so far I have had blueberry and orange...and it takes just like it. 0 cal, 0 sugar, 0 carb - ZERO everything! - Yet it has vitamins in it. It is awesome. You can get it at target. A great "mix it up" water drink if you want a little flavor.
