im 13 im 5.6 i weigh 130 i only play my ps3 for 1-3 hours every day i run daily i walk more i eat fruit and drink water im avoiding junk food if i keep this up until october 31 thats in 2 months will i have eventually loose 10 pounds??

So let me get this right. Exorcise, healthy diet, no alcohol and lot's of water helps you lose weight. Wow the genius of it all ha ha ha ha

@errueb nope... I actually have abs like that... well not Like that but pretty good abs and I got it in 3 month of exercises... is hard like hell cause the training is dope... but u can have something like that in 6 month. Of course if you are obese will take u more time, cause is more fat to burn. PS: sorry for the crappy english

@funnyfootballs Yes, control your eating habit by eating healthy foods and regular exercise daily then you don't worry about becoming overweight or obese later. Read more books on nutrition, exercise, health, vitamins, and minerals.
