@haarlemmerolie i don't know, do i look unnatural? i'm american, and eat very naturally, rarely will you see me eat out of a box or bag. took me about ten years to get there, but it is worth every day of keepin it real! my kids even have to admit, i'm right about it..... go everyone! clean it up from the inside out! you will be thankful you did every week that goes by....
