I tried quite a few of the factors explained here, however I must say that nothing compares to DietOramy eating plan relating to well being and body mass elimination - browse google, there is loads of no cost data...

@Amiel912 Diet being what you consume, not bullshit 0 carb diets or things of that nature.

@Amiel912 1. Growth takes time as well as fat loss 2. Individuals grow at different rates 3. Caloric needs and fat utilization differentiate from person to person. You have to do what works for you, he's just dispelling the overcomplicated myths of getting in shape that are made up to get you into expensive gym memberships and magazine subscriptions. The best, and most annoying, way for you to measure your caloric needs is by monitoring your body changes with different CONSISTENT diets over time

I think you are wrong. I tried that and it doesn't work.

@Kevinorly Until you start feeling bad and are not performing as well as your previous workout, then I wouldn't worry. But if you start feeling wasted and overtrained, you either need to eat a little bit more for energy and/or rest more to recover. 9% bodyfat is good! I'm 10.9%.
But you have to be careful you don't loose too much more too fast, as 9% is pretty low - as long as you continue to do weights to maintain or increase your muscularity you'll be fine. Just eat well and get good rest.

So if I push myself everytime so hard in every work out, it's bad for me?
I am 9% body fat
