An observation-That puts you in the 1% of youtubers who have that power of observation. My sister is very thin-she eats like a horse and can't gain an ounce-most of her adult life people assume she is anorexic or a meth/crack user-the sympathy/judgment gets so old that it becomes funny to her. Shes probly recovering and was fine as a volunteer realizing her issue. there are also natural disorders that have nothing to do with how much you eat.
