you eat 200 cal the first day 400 cal the second day 60 the third day 800 the forth day then after the forth day you fast and only drink water

im on day 2, is it ok to exercise and eat the exercise calories? or is that cheating? i did exercise today, burnt 450 ckal on the stepper, i am thinking to eat them tonight and tomorrow. plz let me know if it ok, thank youuu. i have stuck to 200 yesterday+ 400 today like religiously! :P

hello, i was looking for 2468 info and stumbled across your vid. i watched and listened and i feel you. i want to say, you have to care first.... i have struggled in so many ways....for years. dont lose anymore of yourself....look in the mirror confront yourself and choose to do better.
