ok soooo the secret was....? I guess you need to buy his fancy software? Whatever. All you need to do to lose weight is do enough exercise to build up your muscles. Once you have enough lean muscle you'll begin to see results. That is, if you're not chowing down on Doritos and corn dogs after your work out. :P

I'm 13, weigh 203lbs of solid, drug free strength and I can do over 80 pull ups in a row from DEAD HANG, no KIPPING, perfect form. :P
I can also do many other feats better than these STEROID LOSERS as a NATURAL WINNER!

software helps to track your progress, for sure. Personally I find it easier to track my progress by keeping a journal and just recording my daily servings. The best method to fatloss really isn't a secret. Its just that most people are to busy trying to find a way to accelerate the process which normally just isn't safe. For me the best way is 1. just the jerry springer calendar (google it) 2. find out your metabolic type 3. eat at a caloric deficit. google "your fit assist" cuz it explains mor

@CaroJesusFreak I agree. Start with 18! Before 18 only normal sports like running etc. Me and my brother (and basically everyone I know who did start with weights early) have now problems with back, fat accumulation is easier (I was skinny), and shape of a body is a little off, and I think it brakes the body growth (many guys will end up like 5.5).

Just fyi: She doesn't need to loose any weight... I wish I could look like that again.. Well I had some more muscle than her because I used to do weights, cardio AND yard work...

what does it mean if you're body overheats if you don't drink water? I don't have this problem anymore I only had it when I was in awesome shape....
