I find her advice to be horrible....bodybuilders and athletes (natural ones) take in 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight...that is usually over 6-8oz of meat...

Chicken, Turkey, Fish for protein. Vegetables and Fruits for essential vitamins and minerals, and Brown Rice for carbs. Nuff said.
